"Where do we start? I have been in the business of selling building products for 38 years and dealing with contractors and home owners alike. I have said I would never build a new home because of all the problems I have seen over the years associated with new construction. Then we met Pat and Jodi! We discussed what type of a home we wanted to build on Lake Stoneycreek -- our dream home for retirement -- and I wanted someone to do it all. My statement to Patrick was, "All I want you to do is give me the key and we can move in." They quoted us a price and we said when can we move in? We moved in on May 14th, 2009. When we met with Patrick to make the final payment and walk through we had NO punch list! That is unheard of when buying a home! All we can say is Patrick made sure the home was perfect. In closing, I would recommend Berlin Homes i.e. Patrick and Jodi to anyone because they were a pleasure to work with and made sure our home was everything we expected and more. As Kathy will say -- I LOVE MY HOUSE! Patrick can do everything BUT control the weather!"
